Added links to books at Amazon. Other minor tweaks.
Changed the url to blackjack-bst.com from blackjacbst.com. A couple of minor tweaks to the interface.
Reconstructed PDFs for basic strategy tables. Also, fixed a few minor typos in the help pages.
Changed how keyboard events work for Opera and Safari. Added a "Loading..." window at the start.
Remade all of the strategy table pages. Made them smaller, added explanations and improved the look.
Played with the program briefly on a Mac. Works fine on Firefox, breaks down completely on Mac IE and Netscape, works but without keybindings in Safari and Opera.
Re-did all of the card images to make them smaller in order to speed up the initial loading of the page.
Finished the first beta of the program. Tested on Windows: Firefox 1.06 and IE 6.0. Current problems: the basic strategy tables need to be redone for better presentation and faster loading. Also, all the card images need to be compressed further in order to speed up the initial loading time.
